- Films must have been completed after January 1, 2025
- All genres, styles, and AI tools accepted
- No restrictions on runtime for feature categories
- Shorts must be under 40 minutes
- Vertical content: 9:16 aspect ratio required
- English subtitles required for non-English films
- Student films require valid student ID
- Multiple category submissions allowed
- AI tools/methods used must be disclosed
